Simply access our website or mobile app, provide details like date, time, and care preferences, and we'll match you with a suitable caregiver. We ask for essential information such as age, special requirements, and sitter preferences to ensure a personalized experience.
For the first sitter session, families can opt for a trial period to assess compatibility. We value feedback and handle complaints promptly through our support team or platform reviews. Expert Care You Can Afford
Sitterville offers a transparent and flexible pricing model designed to benefit both families and sitters. Our pricing includes hourly rates for various caregiving services such as babysitting, pet sitting, elderly companionship, and disability care, with a minimum of 3 hours per session. Additionally, families can access nanny services on a part-time or full-time basis with hourly wages.
We also charge an agency fee per job post to cover administrative costs and facilitate the matchmaking process between sitters and families. Families have the option to subscribe to a monthly plan, which waives the agency fee and allows for unlimited job postings.
We do not have different pricing tiers based on sitter qualifications or service types, ensuring fair compensation for all sitters based on their experience and the care they provide. We accept payments through credit cards and debit cards via our secure online payment platform, Stripe.
